Why they haven't made dream machines or virtual s machines yet.. that hard?
Posted by: | CommentsIf computer guys can make super realistic 3d first person perspective games.. why dont they still make a system that takes a person and gives them all the sensory mechanisms including special glasses to view the virtual environment, a little thing that provides smells, a little feature that makes you feel stuff touching you…feel rain etc.. or whatever.
i mean 1. feel things or people touching you. feel the breeze 2. smell whatever virtual environment you are in. 3. see it as if you’re in it
and basically feel like you’re in it.
And i dont mean cheap little virtual systems that say it’s virtual when it’s only VISUALLY VIRTUAL but you dont feel anything else.
this question goes for a) any kind of dream like or realistic situation so that you are in a virutal world and interact with things and people ..b) or for virtual sx environments
if this exists already ,it must be really expensive and not very accessible. but it’s time to give it to the general public but not children
on you and you go into a sleep and wake up in the virtual world, and everything looks smells tastes sounds and feels like real life. she said the place she went to was in dallas. this whole concept is sorta like in the book "Heir Apperent" I don’t know if to believe her cuz it’s been three years and she still hasn’t remembered the name to the place. I don’t even know if it’s real, if any one could please please help me, just give me a name, a theory, or if this kind of technology exists and where to find it, I would be ETERNALLY grateful. It’s been my life’s dream to live this so please help me. oh and she said that one of the games she played with it was a samurai type game, and another was a space battle one, she mentioned few others, but I really really really want to play the samurai one, so please help, any information would be greatly helpful. Thank you.
Best Choice For Virtual Reality Glasses?
Posted by: | CommentsI’d appreciate an answer to this question, what is the best choice for virtual reality glasses on a Windows XP computer.
These glasses will be used only for gaming as far as I know, so please keep the answers compatible with all games.
Thank You in advance! ( Not that I won’t thank you later =D )
I believe I have a ATI Radeon card and I forget what kind of motherboard.. It should support anything that works with an ATI and XP!
Has anyone tried wearing red and blue 3d glasses while playing regular video games?
Posted by: | CommentsWhen I was younger I vaguely remember putting on red and blue glasses while playing Mario Kart 64 and the track jumping out of the screen and through the room? Has anyone tried this with a similar experience?
I know about stereoscopic images but red and blue is different I know it works on mario kart but I want to know if someone has tried it on other games.
Maybe it was fireworks glasses I don’t remember
