Can I use Virtual Vision glasses instead of TV?

So I live in a dorm, I don’t have the room for a TV.

I have a PS2, and I’m looking to buy Virtual Vision glasses, they are quite cheap nowdays, like 200-300$ USD only.

So can I use them instead of TV?
